These Terms & Conditions govern use of the PXWE website and purchases from PENGXINWEI ELECTRONICS LIMITED. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law.
2. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Product images are illustrative; colour, packaging and small design details may vary by production batch. Features, plug types and availability may change. If an accurate description or a particular approval is essential, contact us before ordering.
3. Compatibility and safe use
Customers are responsible for checking connector type, input voltage, power requirements, wireless compatibility and local rules before use. Electrical products must be used within their published ratings. Do not use damaged cables, chargers or batteries, and follow the included instructions.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors before accepting an order. Taxes, import duties and local charges may be the recipient’s responsibility where disclosed during confirmation.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout information or an inquiry does not guarantee that an order will be accepted. We may confirm stock, destination, plug type, payment steps, radio requirements or other details before acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, stock shortage, legal restriction or a prior unresolved dispute.
6. Payment
Online card payment may not be available during the current store setup. Payment instructions are confirmed before an order is accepted. Never send card details through the contact form or ordinary email. Payment services may be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
7. Shipping and returns
Shipping, delivery, returns and refund terms are published in Shipping & Returns. Warranty terms are published in Warranty. Those documents form part of these terms.
8. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorised access, submit malicious code, scrape data in a way that harms the service, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

The PXWE name, site design, original copy, graphics and product presentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or commercially exploit them without written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
